Financial4caster's money management system is simplest way to help organize your household finances without having to track all
your expenses. Mandatory expenses always get paid from the Mandatory Expense Account and there is always money set aside for discretionary expenses in the Discretionary Expense Account(s). If you're married, you can end the quarrels about who spent how much and on what, because you will have personal spending money that you can call your own. You will have savings accounts set up for whatever you are saving for. Emergency savings, travel savings, large purchase savings, automobile savings and education savings
are a few examples. The choice is yours. Money will accumulate in these savings accounts rather than being spent accidentally
or having to use it to make up for missed bill payments.

Take a good hard look at your personal finances or family finances. Cut back on all your unnecessary spending.
Is your cell phone bill not fit for the way you use it? Do you watch all the television channels you
are subscribed to? Can you get better insurance rates? Maybe you could consolidate your debts into one
simple payment. Everyone's situation is different. If you are looking to simplify your personal finances or family finances,
you may need to cut back in some areas that you are are overspending. |

Financial4caster has a very robust Budget Wizard. You can add and remove categories and
personally define your own spending categories. The layout of the Budget Wizard has been strategically designed for our
budgeting system. The more information you fill in, the more accurate your household budget will be.
There are hints on the right side bar to guide you in creating a successful home budget. You may have created a personal budget
or family budget before before, but not like this. Our Budget Wizard compiles your personal finances or family finances to quickly see if you are
overspending. A fully completed Budget Wizard will assist in the later part of Financial4caster's budgeting system. |

To create a budgeting system independent of a connection
to a bank account, you will need to enter your income schedule. The income schedule will collect
the information you entered under the income sources of the budget wizard. You simple tell
the system when these income sources are planned to be deposited into your bank account.
You can change your income schedule if you make a career change or add an additional
income sources.After you enter your income schedule, you need to choose a budget day. Just
one day a week to return to the site to do the next step of the system ... the Transfer Wizard.

The transfer wizard aggregates all the information from the budget wizard applies it to your
account transfer settings to tell you how much money each week you need to transfer from your
mandatory expense account to the other accounts that you have set up with your bank.Once a week
you enter your actual income for the past week and Financial4caster will calculate the difference
based on your budget. If you have extra money, you can confidently apply it to any other areas of
your household finances. If you have a shortage of income one week, you need to
choose what discretionary account(s) to shortfall to be sure your madndatory expenses are paid.
At the end of the month you then make the budgeted transfers to the savings accounts that you set up. If
you applied extra money to savings you decide which account(s) to credit. |
